How booking requests, confirmation, changes and private account access work on this website.
This page explains how shopping and booking requests work on the Family Tire & Auto Care website. Contact your selected store with questions about a request or visit.
Booking requests and confirmation
A saved request is not a confirmed appointment. Your receipt shows whether delivery is pending, the store system has verified the booking, or the request was rejected or needs review. Enqueueing a request does not confirm native delivery. Keep your private receipt link so you can check its current status.
Unscheduled callback and quote requests remain unscheduled. They do not reserve an appointment or promise a callback time.
Prices, products and fulfillment
Your cart itemizes tires, installation, applicable fees and verified tax. Review the selected store, products, quantities, service details and total before submitting. Store stock and installation capacity must be confirmed. Order-in timing and fulfillment instructions remain part of the request; they are not a guarantee that stock has arrived.
Changes and cancellation
Use your private receipt to request a change or cancellation. A requested change is not applied until the store system verifies it. A pending reschedule does not replace the last confirmed visit. If a change or cancellation is rejected or needs review, contact your selected store; do not assume the prior booking has been cancelled. Staff-progressed or closed work may require staff assistance.
Contact, vehicle and booking consent
Submit accurate contact information and vehicle details, and use only customer and vehicle records you are authorized to access. Returning customer and vehicle access requires phone verification and selection of the matching record. Shared phone numbers do not authorize access to every customer record.
Booking consent allows the request and its contact, vehicle, service and fulfillment details to be processed for the selected store and used for visit-related follow-up. It is not a signed repair authorization and does not authorize a payment, tender, invoice or financial transaction. Review any separate authorization the store presents for work.
Private links and accounts
Receipt and visit links provide private access to a request. Do not share them publicly. Sign-in codes and account sessions are personal; sign out when using a shared device. For information about how we handle your information and your choices, read Privacy and your choices.
Questions about a visit
Contact the Family Tire & Auto Care store selected on your receipt. The Stores page provides verified public phone numbers, addresses, hours and directions for San Marcos and El Cajon. Have your receipt or order number ready so the team can locate the correct request.
Text messages
Family Tire Co. sends text messages only to US mobile numbers whose owners asked for them on this website: a one-time sign-in code when a customer ticks the optional sign-in box (unticked until they do) and asks for one, and messages about a booking when the customer ticks the optional text box (unticked until they do) on the booking, checkout or request form.
Messages about a booking: confirmation, changes, cancellation and one appointment reminder (turn it off on your confirmation page, or reply STOP). A booking needs a mobile number, but you never need to tick the box to book: without it we email your confirmation if you gave an email address, and the store may call. Message frequency varies; most visits bring two to four texts.
Marketing texts are separate: we send them only to people who tick a separate, unchecked box that asks for them, and no one needs to tick it to book or buy.
Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
